Grammar and General Writing Information
This website has an index of common (and some very uncommon) grammar terms, as well as quizzes on all aspects of grammar. It also has a quick reference for students who do not have time to take the quizzes. In addition, there is a handout section, so you always have help available, even when you do not have access to the internet.
This is a website to use in conjunction with the book Blue Book of Grammar and Punctuation. This site contains a guide of rules for grammar and for writing papers or even resumes. There are also several quizzes, and even an editing service on this site.
Technical Writing Zone
While this site is geared more towards people who aim to be a professional technical writer, there is still a great deal of information for those taking technical writing courses. Some information includes: comparing technical writing to other forms of writing, samples of technical writing, and key questions to keep in mind when writing a technical paper.
