Applying for a parking permit:
Parking permit registration is available online for purchase. You must log in to your MAX account to apply for a parking permit. Once you have applied and paid for your parking permit online, you must stop by our parking office (Lebanon house) with your MU ID to pick up your permit. Please allow 24 hours for your transaction to be complete before attempting to pick up your parking permit. Parking registration for 2015-2016 academic year will begin August 1, 2015.
The most effective way to register is to apply online before move-in day, then to stop by the parking office with your MU ID card to pick up your permit. If you have not registered before arriving on campus, we have two computer terminals available in our lobby to register on site. The process is online to reduce paper and costs.
Parking permit fees are as follows:
Commuter students: (White lined parking spaces only)
$95 Full academic year (Fall, Spring and Summer semesters included)
$63 Per semester (Fall or Spring semester)
Evening permits are not required if you are taking an evening class that begins after 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Parking permit purchased is only required weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Resident students: (Blue lined and Green lined spaces only)
$105 Full academic year (Fall, Spring and Summer semesters included)

Freshman residential students can now apply for a parking permit just like an upperclassman student. Freshmen dorm students can apply on August 1st, 2015 just like any other dorm student.
Restricted permits: (Commuters only)
Millersville University offers a special discounted parking permit to commuters. This permit allows a student to park in one assigned parking area on campus. This permit is restricted to this assigned area at all times while on Millersville campus. There are two restricted areas to choose from, Ann Street Lot and the west side parking garage (Prince & Cottage Ave). This permit cost is $50 for the academic year. Permits are limited, please stop by the parking office in the Lebanon House to apply in person if interested.
Students living in Shenks Hall or Reighard Hall:
Parking permits are issued to you (included with your room) to park in the parking lot adjacent to each of these buildings. Please talk with the office of each building for more information. If you are interested in purchasing a commuter permit you can apply online through our permit portal.
Open parking on Millersville Campus – no permit required:
