The Millersville University Parking Division is under the management of Steve Figueroa. Mr. Figueroa is normally available during business hours at 717-872-3432 or by coming to the University Police station.
Important: Parking permits are required for all vehicles Monday through Friday from 7a.m. to 4p.m. in order to park on the grounds of Millersville University. Parking Regulations are in effect at Millersville University around the clock all year. Please review campus parking regulations and Pennsylvania state parking regulations. It is your responsibility to do so.

Parking will now open to park on campus without displaying a parking permit after 4p.m. Monday through Friday and all weekend. Weekend hours are from 4p.m. Friday through 7a.m. Monday. You must display a parking permit while on campus during weekdays 7a.m. - 4p.m. Parking will still be enforced after 4p.m. if you park illegally while on campus or is residential areas (blue and green lined spaces). If you choose to park on campus after 4p.m. weekdays please make sure your vehicle is removed from campus by 7a.m. the next day to avoid receiving a parking ticket for not displaying a parking permit.
Parking permit registration:
New this academic year (2014-2015), parking permits can only be purchased through your student account (MAX). Log in to your MAX account, under the student services tab you will find the online permit portal. This is the only way you can apply for a parking permit. The parking office has two computer terminals to allow you to apply in office. We no longer accept or have applications in our parking office, you must apply through your MAX account. Once you applied online and paid for your parking permit, you must stop by the parking office (Lebanon House) to pick up your parking permit. You must have your Millersville ID card in order to pick up your parking permit. Parking permits will not be mailed.
PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS FOR PROCESSING PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING TO PICK UP YOUR PARKING PERMIT AT THE PARKING OFFICE (LEBANON HOUSE). IF YOU APPLIED DURING THE WEEKEND (SAT. OR SUN.) PLEASE ALLOW AN EXTRA DAY.
E-CHECK PAYMENTS TAKE UP TO 3 DAYS TO PROCESS THROUGH OUR PERMIT PORTAL. PLEASE BE PATIENT.
If your student status changes from a commuter student to a resident (dorm) student (or vice versa), you must make sure the registration office has your correct information/status. If they do not have this correct information you may not see the correct permits available to purchase.
New for 2014/2015 - we now offer a restricted commuter parking permit. This restricted parking permit is available at the parking office only (Lebanon House). This permit will allow you to park in one of two designated restricted areas. Cost of this permit is $50 for the academic year. Permits are limited. Please stop by the Lebanon house for more information, this permit is not available through the parking registration portal.
Prices for commuter permits: Full academic year - $95, Per Semester - $63, Summer Only - $53
Resident (Dorm) students:
New for 2014/2015 – Freshman Parking policy - We no longer will require any written reasons for applying for a permit as a freshman dorm student. We will also no longer have a freshman lottery. To be fair to upperclassmen that will apply for a permit, please wait until August 15th 2014 to begin registering for a permit. If you register before this date you will not be able to pick up your parking permit until after August 15th, 2014.

UPDATE: As of 8/28/2014 we are sold out of blue resident permits for Hull Hall, Diehm Hall, Harbold Hall and the South Side Suites. We have received and issued the maximum amount of parking permits for the blue lined parking areas for the Fall 2014 semester. If you live in Gilbert, Gaige or Bard Halls please stop by our parking office in the Lebanon house for information about applying for a resident permit for your dorm area.
Shenks Hall / Reighard Hall students:
You will be issued a parking permit from the Shenks/Reighard Hall office to park in the parking lot connected with either Shenks Hall or Reighard Hall. Please contact that office for information about that permit. If you wish to purchase a parking permit to park on campus during daytime hours you will need to stop by our parking office for more information. The parking permit portal will not accept registration if you live in Shenks or Reighard Halls. Please stop by the Lebanon House for more information.
First week of classes is always considered a grace period for displaying a valid parking permit. During this time you may park on campus without a parking permit. All other parking violations still apply. Grace period for the Fall 2014 semester is August 25th - August 29th, 2014. For the Spring semester 2015 the grace period is January 20th - January 23rd, 2015. For the summer semester 2015 the grace period is May 11th - May 15th, 2015.
Week of finals is also considered a grace period. Finals week for Fall 2014 is December 8th - December 12th, 2014. Finals week for Spring 2015 is May 4th - May 8th, 2015. No permits required to park on campus during this time.

Parking ticket payments can also be made online through our Parking Ticket Payment Portal. Please have your ticket number(s) and vehicle license plate number available before you attempt to pay any parking tickets online.
