Important: Parking permits are required for all vehicles Monday through Friday from 7a.m. to 4p.m. in order to park on the grounds of Millersville University. Parking Regulations are in effect at Millersville University around the clock all year. Please review campus parking regulations and Pennsylvania state parking regulations. It is your responsibility to do so.

PARKING FOR SPRING 2017
Parking permits will go on sale for the upcoming Spring semester 2017 starting December 12th, 2016. If you are a commuter, log in to your “My Ville” account to apply online for your parking permit.
If you are a resident (dorm) student, please stop in our parking office located in the Lebanon house to apply in person. Dorm permits are limited.
Applying for a parking permit:
All registered students must apply for a parking permit if they wish to park on campus. You must apply through your student account. Log in through My Ville, click on MAX, then Student Services, at the bottom of the Students Services is the parking request portal.

We have converted to using parking stickers in place of parking hang tags. Parking stickers must be placed on the rear window on the outside of your vehicle. Once applied, please do not attempt to remove or the permit will become invalid. You will receive one parking sticker permit per registration. If you need to drive an alternate vehicle to campus, please stop by the parking office in the Lebanon house for a free day pass.
Open parking on Millersville Campus – no permit required:
You are permitted to park on Millersville Campus without displaying a parking permit after 4p.m. Monday through Friday. Parking permits are only required to be displayed during weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. During these times you must have a valid MU parking permit to park on campus. Weekend hours are also open on our campus. Weekend hours are from 4:00 p.m. Friday and ends 7:00 a.m. the following Monday.
PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS FOR PROCESSING PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING TO PICK UP YOUR PARKING PERMIT AT THE PARKING OFFICE (LEBANON HOUSE). IF YOU APPLIED DURING THE WEEKEND (SAT. OR SUN.) PLEASE ALLOW AN EXTRA DAY. PLEASE HAVE YOUR MILLERSVILLE ID CARD WITH YOU WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR PARKING PERMIT.
E-CHECK PAYMENTS TAKE UP TO 3 DAYS TO PROCESS THROUGH OUR PERMIT PORTAL. PLEASE BE PATIENT.
If your student status changes from a commuter student to a resident (dorm) student (or vice versa), you must make sure the registration office has your correct information/status. If they do not have this correct information you may not see the correct permits available to purchase.
First week of classes is always considered a grace period for displaying a valid parking permit. During this time you may park on campus without a parking permit. All other parking violations still apply. Grace period for the Fall 2016 semester is August 29th -September 2nd, 2016. For the Spring semester 2017 the grace period is January 23rd - January 27th, 2017. For the summer semester 2017 the grace period is May 15th - May 19th, 2017.
Week of finals is also considered a grace period. Finals week for Fall 2016 is December 12th - December 16th, 2016. Finals week for Spring 2016 is May 8th - May 12th, 2017. No permits required to park on campus during this time.
PARKING OFFICE DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS OR CASH TO PAY FOR PARKING TICKETS, YOU MUST USE THE ONLINE TICKET PAYMENT PORTAL IF YOU WANT TO USE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. YOU CAN PAY YOUR TICKET(S)S WITH A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER OR YOUR MARAUDER CARD (STUDENT ID) IN OUR PARKING OFFICE. MAKE CHECKS OR MONEY ORDER PAYABLE TO MU TRAFFIC FUND.
Parking ticket payments can also be made online through our Parking Ticket Payment Portal. Please have your ticket number(s) and vehicle license plate number available before you attempt to pay any parking tickets online.
