President Daniel A. Wubah serves as Millersville University’s 15th president, providing visionary leadership grounded in access, academic excellence, and student success. A distinguished scholar and experienced administrator, President Wubah is committed to advancing Millersville’s public mission, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring the University delivers meaningful, high-impact educational experiences. Under his leadership, Millersville continues to align innovation with tradition while preparing students to lead, serve, and succeed in a rapidly changing world.

Beyond Boundaries was designed to answer a central question, "What distinguishes Millersville University?" Millersville University internal and external stakeholders participated in a comprehensive strategic planning process that yeilded a concise strategic plan comprised of four strategic directions supported by three primary goals.
