The Film Club (MU Ciné Club) at Millersville University is a venue for discussion about cinema. Students select a theme for each semester and explore this aspect in depth through a selection of films presented in Myers Auditorium (McComsey Building).
Students also make trips to other venues to see films. In fall 2007 the club attended the 2007 Toronto International Film Festival and attended the festival again in 2008 and 2009.
The Ciné Club sponsors film events on campus with the aim of helping the university community think critically about film. See special events below for some of these offerings.
For more information on the club, contact Alisha Perez or faculty adviser Jill Craven. All Millersville University undergraduates are invited to join the club.
