The Family Nurse Practitioner Program is designed for the part-time student. Completion of the program requires 43 theory hours and 672 clinical hours. Upon completion of the FNP program, graduates are eligible for certification by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and to sit for national certification examinations as offered by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

The Nursing Education Program is designed for the student who desires to pursue a career as a nurse educator. Completion of the program requires 35 theory hours and 112 clinical hours.  Graduates are prepared to teach in nursing education programs or health care agencies.
