Registrar's Office

Important Dates & Information

The world has changed a lot this year, but one thing that has not changed is our commitment to see you succeed. Below are a few important updates from our office:

EMAIL CONTINUES TO BE THE FASTEST MOST ACCESSIBLE FORM OF COMMUNICATION WITH OUR OFFICE, HOWEVER PHONES WILL BE STAFFED DURING THE EARLY REGISTRATION PERIOD. Please be patient as phone traffic may be heavy and our staffing of them is limited.

We are open virtually!
We are accessing and responding to emails Monday-Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Our website also contains much of the general information that is sought from our office. Please see recent updates below.

Our office is open physically with limited staff for the Spring 2021 semester Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am-3 pm. Our phone lines are also opened 9 am to 3 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays.

If you plan to visit our office, you must wear a mask and please check in using the COVID-19 screening feature in the LiveSafe App. We will ask that all visitors adhere to campus COVID-19 policies regarding masks and physical distancing.

Transcripts and Mail.
While we are able to access USPS mail intermittently, it's not the fastest way for us to receive your important documents at this time.  If possible, please have transcripts sent electronically and we will still be able to process them. Additionally, please make any transcript requests electronically for electronic distribution for the fastest service.

Withdraw, Change of Major, Authorization for Transfer, and more.
We are still here for you with the services we have always provided, it just looks a little different right now! The academic program change request (major/minor form) and withdraw from a course process have been moved to an electronic process in MAX and we are working to get as many other services transitioned in that manner as well, in the meantime, forms can be printed or filled in Adobe PDF and scanned/emailed to us with proper approvals.

As we navigate through this unusual time, please know we are here to support you. Please contact us at registrar@millersville.edu with questions or just to check in!
