Ashley Morrison Zink

Ashley Morrison Zink is the Director of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management at Dickinson College, a private liberal arts college in Carlisle, Pennsylvania with approximately 2,400 students. Ashley works to insure the college's myriad of risks from auto to property to cyber liability. She also works closely with departments across campus to enhance safety on campus in diverse topics such as chemical safety, workplace safety, and emergency management. Ashley earned her Master's in Emergency Management from Millersville University and completed her undergraduate studies at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY where she studied Philosophy & Religion. Prior to Dickinson, Ashley held two positions in safety and regulatory compliance for two large health systems and was the radiological emergency planner for Lancaster County Emergency Management Agency. Ashley lives in Carlisle, PA area with her husband and daughter and they enjoy going camping, hiking, and visiting family along the East Coast.
