The Math Assistance Center (MAC) is available for drop-in tutoring in Wickersham Hall, Room 100.  The MAC is staffed by current Millersville University mathematics majors.  Tutoring is free and no appointment is necessary.

Fall 2009 Schedule

The MAC will be open from Wednesday, September 9th through Friday, December 11th.  (Please note that the MAC will not be open during holiday breaks and will close before final exams week).

Monday & Wednesday:  9:30 AM – 3:00 PM and 6:30 – 8:30 PM
Tuesday & Thursday:  10:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 6:30 – 8:30 PM
Friday:  9:30 AM – Noon

A tutor for Math 104 and Math 105 students will be available:
Monday 6:30 to 7:30 PM and Wednesday & Thursday 6:30 to 8:30 PM


Students seeking assistance should also utilize their instructor’s office hours.  Limited resources prevent us from assigning tutors to individual students or from guaranteeing availability of tutors for extended one-on-one assistance.

For questions regarding the MAC, contact Dr. Travis K. Miller, Department of Mathematics.  Math majors seeking employment in the MAC should complete a Tutor Application and return it to Dr. Miller.
