Volunteering in the Millersville area means there are no worries about driving, and you can make a difference right here in this community. Meals on Wheels, the Senior Center, and others welcome a limited number of MU student volunteers every year.

After School Corps

ascThe After School Corps (ASC) is a program where students from Millersville University are equipped with tools to become tutors for elementary, middle, and high school students. The program currently operates in King Elementary and the McCaskey High School campus in the School District of Lancaster. 

Angel Tree

Angel Tree is a program started in 1970 by Majors Charles and Shirley White of the Salvation Army to provide underprivileged children with gifts for the Holiday season. Contact Volunteer Central to adopt Angel Tree for the holiday season. Requests should be submitted by October to or by calling 717-871-2333.
