Abstract: I am seeking funds to sponsor a guest speaker infiveof my classesinSpring 2022.I am teaching two sectionsPrinciples ofManagement--asurvey course inmanagementwhich students learn about management fundamentals. One of the courseobjectivesis to introduce students tohumanresourcemanagement.In addition, I am teachinga HumanResource Managementcoursewhich introducesstudents tothehuman resourceoperationsof afirm.Two of my other courses, Intro to Business and Organizational Behavior,cover topicsthatrelatetomanagement ofhuman resources.My first preference would be to invite the guestspeaker for an in-person session; however, a virtual session (Zoom) will be used as a backupplan if the speaker cannot speak with the class in persondue to the ongoing pandemic
