1. A distributed planning process that guides division plans and is assessed through key performance indicators;
2. An annual report process linking progress on divisional goals with Strategic Directions;
3. A system accountability plan submitted annually to PASSHE aligned to division goals;
4. A systematic process to assess student learning outcomes at the University and program levels; and
5. A five-year program review process.
