Institutional Effectiveness & Accountability
About Institutional Effectiveness and Accountability at Millersville
Millersville University employs a five-pronged approach to understanding its effectiveness:
- A distributed planning process that guides division plans and is assessed through key performance indicators;
- An annual report process linking progress on divisional goals with Strategic Directions;
- A system accountability plan submitted annually to PASSHE aligned to division goals;
- A systematic process to assess student learning outcomes at the University and program levels; and
- A five-year program review process.
