An Entrance Health Evaluation Form is required for all students at Millersville University. Failure to comply may result in a student being placed on "Hold". This means that the student would be unable to register for future classes and would not receive grades for the current session until the Health Evaluation Form is submitted.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency activate emergency medical services. Dial 3-911 from a campus phone and call 911 from other phones. For urgent care when Health Services is closed please call your primary care provider who completed the mandatory university entrance physical and health history. If your concern is non-urgent please call when our office is open to schedule an appointment.

If you need medical care Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. call Health Services at 872-3250. Physician and Nurse Practitioner care is available during the week. Urgent care which is not covered by these guidelines will be referred to a local hospital emergency room..

At other times please call your family doctor for non-urgent concerns or go to a local emergency care facility or activate emergency services by calling 911 or 3-99 if using a campus.
