Workshops and Programs

Experiential Learning and Career Management sponsors a variety of online and webinar programs that you can access virtually, including our University Alumni Network and Career Advice videos.

An ongoing calendar of workshops and programs supports the Four Year Career Plan, featuring successful alumni and employer speakers for a full range of face-to-face career development and job search workshops, panels and presentations.  Career Week occurs in the spring semester, offering a full week of activities to help you prepare for post-graduate success.


Experiential Learning and Career Management hosts a variety of fairs to connect  students and alumni with potential employers and graduate school programs.  The Graduate School Fair is held annually in the fall, with over 70 graduate schools and programs represented.  Each semester ELCM hosts a Job and Internship Fair, featuring over 100 employers seeking Millersville students and alumni to fill internship, part-time and full-time positions.

The University also particpates in a number of other employment consortiums and partnerships.  The Central Pennsylvania Employment Consortium (CPEC) job fair is held annually in February.  Teacher Recruitment Day, specifically for graduating education majors and alumni, is hosted annually by Millersville University in the spring and features over 80 employing school districts.
