The Family Nurse Practitioner Program is designed for the part-time student. Completion of the program requires 42 theory hours and 672 clinical hours. Upon completion of the FNP program, graduates are eligible for certification by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and to sit for national certification examinations as offered by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
