Kristen has been working in higher education for almost 30 years in various roles: teaching, Academic Advisor, Chair, and Dean. However, her passion has been working with students and helping them achieve their goals. Knowing what you want to be when you grow up as an 18-year-old is not an easy undertaking. Her focus is to make that process easier and more fulfilling. "I want to help students discover their passion, so their career will be fulfilling for a lifetime".
