General Information
The 2013 Women in Math and Science Conference will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. All sessions, the keynote presentation, and the luncheon will be held in the Student Memorial Center and the Bolger Conference Center in Gordinier Hall.
Registration
Admission to the conference is by preregistration. Junior and senior high schools surrounding Millersville University are invited to select four young women interested in science or mathematics and a teacher to attend the conference. The gifted coordinator or a guidance counselor of the school is asked to coordinate the registration for the school.
Registration materials will be mailed in early January and must be returned by February 11. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We will be able to accommodate the first 250 students and advisors who return the registration form. Registration will be closed on February 11 or when the conference limit of 250 is reached. A confirmation letter will be sent within 10 days of receiving your registration form.
There is no registration fee.
Parking
Convenient parking is located next to the Student Memorial Center and nearby Gordinier Hall. A temporary parking permit will be included with your confirmation letter. Please write the license number of the vehicle you will be driving in the space provided on the permit and display the permit on the rearview mirror with the expiration date facing the windshield. Your permit is valid in white-lined spaces only.

Lunch
A buffet lunch will be served from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. to conference attendees in the Lehr Dining Room of the Bolger Conference Center. The Bolger Conference Center is located on the second floor of Gordinier Hall, directly across from the Student Memorial Center.
