Bio
Dr. Shawn Mark is an experienced educational leader with more than three decades of service in public education. She currently serves as Director of Human Resources in the Bensalem Township School District, where she has also served as a principal, school counselor and special education teacher. She has dedicated much of her career to creating supportive, student-centered learning environments and strengthening relationships among students, families, staff, and the broader school community.
In addition to her K–12 leadership work, Dr. Mark serves as a university instructor, teaching graduate and doctoral-level courses in educational leadership, conflict management, school finance and business management, instructional design, and special education. She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and remains committed to mentoring and preparing the next generation of educators and school leaders.
