• Retired Partner and Attorney at Buschman & Johnson, Souderton, Pennsylvania

• Resides in Harleysville, Pennsylvania

• Began his legal career with the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office, representing criminal defendants for 12 years

• Served as a Hearing Officer with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Disciplinary Board for six years

• Co-founded the law partnership Buschman & Johnson in 1999, continuing to practice until his retirement in 2020

• Elected Township Supervisor for Lower Salford Township in 2003 and served three consecutive terms (19 years total)

• Served as Assistant Treasurer for the North Penn Water Authority and held leadership roles with the Lower Salford Fire Company

• Currently serves as Finance Chair of the Indian Valley Public Library, helping sustain community services amid federal funding cutbacks

• Longtime member and leader at Little Zion Lutheran Church, including three terms as Church Council President
