  • Director of Workforce Development at the Family Training and Advocacy Center (FTAC) in Philadelphia, leading initiatives to address the behavioral health workforce crisis across Pennsylvania
  • President of the National Association of Social Workers – Pennsylvania Chapter (NASW-PA), representing and advocating for social workers statewide

  • 2024–2025 Equity-Grounded Leadership (EGL) Fellow with the College for Behavioral Health Leadership, focused on creating a statewide, state-funded Behavioral Health Residency Program
