Dr. Ron Baker

Dr. Ronald Baker is the faculty representative for the Lombardo College of Business. He is an associate professor of economics at Millersville University, teaching courses in microeconomics. He started teaching at Millersville in 2005. He received his bachelor’s degree from Saint Vincent College in 1998, a master's degree from Indiana University-Bloomington in 2000, and doctoral degree in economics from Indiana University-Bloomington in 2005.

Baker has published several research works in various economics publications including Perspectives on Economic Education Research and the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization. He has also presented at many conferences and seminars. At Millersville, he has served on Faculty Senate and has advised numerous clubs and organizations. He currently serves as the faculty advisor to the Marauder Fund. 

Baker has supported both economics and athletics at Millersville. He is from Latrobe, PA and now lives in Lancaster with his wife.
