Stephen Kepchar '70

Stephen Kepchar joined the board in 2026. He graduated from Millersville University in 1970 with a degree in economics. While at Millersville, he was part of the Economics Club and a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon. He received an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1988.
Kepchar is the retired senior vice president and wealth advisor for Morgan Stanley, having worked there for most of his career. He was awarded an honorary doctorate from Millersville University in 2012.
Kepchar has supported Millersville by serving on two Capital Campaign Cabinets, one of which raised $88 million for the university. He is also a member of the Student Services, Inc. board. He received the Millersville University Alumni Association Distinguished Service Award in 2013, the CASE Robert L Payton Award for Voluntary Service in 2015 and served on two Presidential Campaign Committees that selected Dr. John Anderson and Dr. Daniel A. Wubah.
Kepchar is a member of the 1855, Ville Visionary and Gilded Feather Societies and lives in Lititz with his wife.
