Open Classroom Week
What happens when classroom doors become invitations rather than boundaries? Have you ever wished you could observe other teachers to refine your own teaching practice?
Open Classroom Week is November 2 - 6th, 2026.
Open Campus Week is an opportunity to observe peers and strengthen a culture of collaboration centered on student learning. You can participate in the following ways:
Sign up to open your classroom up to other faculty visitors
If you sign up to be observed, you will be asked to identify:
- Which course(s) you would invite visitors to observe,
- The title and meeting times of the course(s), and
- How many visitors you would be willing to have in each class session.
Visitors will sign up for open spots through a shared sign-up genius. You will be given access to the sign up so that you will know if and how many people will be visiting.
Sign up to visit another classroom
If you sign up to visit, you will be provided with a link to a sign up that lists the instructor names and course times/dates of all of the open classrooms. You can choose classes that are of interest to you and fit your schedule at that time.
You can sign up to host visitors and to be a visitor!
Sign up by October 1, 2026!
