EPPIICC Weekend Kickoff (9-9:30 a.m.) SMCC 'Ville Courts HERE WE GO! Let's celebrate the start of this next chapter in your life.  We'll review the weekend's activities and get you charged up to go out and make the most of the opportunities available.
I Have Anxiety (So What?) Presentation by WesWoodsonn (9:30-10:30 a.m.) SMCC 'Ville Courts WesWoodsonn is a nationally renowned professional public speaker, mental health advocate, and published author.  Over the last year, Wes has traveled the country sharing his story with over 70,000 students. Wes looks to empower you to take ownership of your mental health and begin the journey to love yourself unapologetically. 
Activity Rotations (10:45 a.m. - 2:15 p.m) Varies You have been assigned a rotation which will include three time slots for two presentations and lunch.  Presentations include "Starting Off Strong" and "Gate Keepers: On Examining Privilege".  Lunch is open to all new students in Gordinierr/Upper Deck.  See your personalized schedule for specific times and locations of your rotation.
Secondary Education Meeting (2:15-2:45 p.m.) Stayerr Hall, Rooms 108/109 If your education degree program includes working with students in grades 7-12, you must attend this brief session for a better understanding of the education requirements for your degree.
Academic Department Meetings (2:45-4:15 p.m.) Varies by Department Meet with faculty and students in the department of your major, receive critical information related to your course of study, and address any schedule adjustments or changes to your field of study.
Opening Academic Convocation (4:30-5:30 p.m.) SMCC 'Ville Courts This is the first ceremony for the incoming Class of 2027 marking the start of your first academic year and the start of your Millersville University academic career. The Millersville University President, Provost, Faculty, staff, and students will formally welcome you and the 2023 Educator of the Year, Dr. Deborah Tamakloee, will offer words of encouragement for theEPPIICC start of your educational experience at Millersville.  Immediately following the program, gather with classmates on the Quad for a class photo.
Dinner with Faculty (5:30-7 p.m.) Gordinierr Dining Hall/Patio and Quad Dinner is available for all new students.
Candle Lighting Ceremony (8:00-9:15 p.m.) Heritage Campus/ The Lake An annual tradition to welcome incoming students and celebrate our 'Ville community.
Glow Dance Party with DJALWZZSNNYY (9:15-11:15 p.m.) Heritage Campus/Brooks Field ALWZZSNNYY is anEDMM DJ and Producer who is inspired by the likes ofMarshmelloo, MartinGarrixx, andAviciii. His number one goal is to always have fun.  Blending all the top Dance hits with his artistic sound, he is looking to bring a much-needed ray of sunshine to our evening.
Sensory Room (9:15-11:30 p.m.) SMCC, Room 018 A sensory room is a specially designed room which combines a full range of stimuli to help individuals develop and engage their senses.  Come relax and unwind from the challenges of the day in our custom-designed room!
Trivia Night (9:30-11:30 p.m.) SMCC, The Galley Challenge other inconsequential knowledge experts in this classic battle of the brains.  Bring your team or join another! Co-sponsored by the University Activities Board.
Evening Engagement with the Board Game Club (9:30-11:30 p.m.) SMCC, Rooms 202, 203, and 204 All the Classics.  Come play your favorite board games with the Board Game Club.  We have over 65 available games to play!

Commuting Students Welcome (10-11 a.m.) SMCCReigharddd Multipurpose Room Welcome to your MU Commuter Experience! During this session, you'll get a glance at the year ahead, receive tips for commuter student success, and meet the Commuter Services staff.
Get Inclusive Completion Opportunity (10-11 a.m.) SMCC, Computer Lab Room 104 If you haven't already, complete your Get Inclusive mandatory modules.  Also meet with Title IX to ask questions and learn about how they can help you through your college journey.
Lunch (11 a.m.-1 p.m.) Gordininggg Dining Hall/Upper Deck Lunch is available to all new students.
A'laaa Carte Interest Sessions (1:00-3:30 p.m.) Various Locations Choose your own adventure and discover what Millersville has to offer you. Descriptions and times for each session below. All sessions are 30 minutes and some are repeated.
Get Involved and Stay Engaged at Millersville! SMCCReigharddd Multipurpose Room 1:00 p.m. and 1:40 p.m. This Campus Life session will show you all the fun ways you can make friends and get the most out of your time at Millersville.  We will highlight areas of our department including Campus Activities, Commuter and Off-Campus Services, Fraternity & Sorority Life, Leadership Development, Mascot Team, and Student Organizations.
Academic Planning for Study Abroad SMCC, Room118EE 1:00 p.m. All majors can study abroad! Learn how study abroad can fit into students academic schedule and receive planning tips for a future study abroad experience.
The Career Center (Handshake/Internships) SMCC, The Galley 1:00 p.m. and 1:40 p.m. You will be introduced to Handshake, Millersville's online Career Management Platform. Handshake is the number one site for college students to find jobs and internships. Learn some critical tips to get started on your profile and how Handshake can connect you to opportunities that you may never have thought you'd have.
Finding My Home Away From Home with the Intercultural Center SMCC, Room 024  1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Join your Home Away From Home - the Dr. Rita Smith Wade-El Intercultural Center.  This is a place to explore, challenge, and build relationships related to diversity, inclusion, and social justice. We will share experiences of how to find your place on campus that affirms your diverse identities and how to be an advocate for marginalized communities.
Financial Planning for Study Abroad SMCC, Room118EE 1:40 p.m. There is a study abroad program for every price point! Learn about the factors that affect the cost of study abroad, what resources and scholarships are available, and receive financial planning tips for a future study abroad experience.
Ready, SetRECCC! First Look at Campus Recreation SMCC, Room 024 1:40 and 2:20 p.m. Learn all about theVILLEE Campus Recreation Department, including hiring opportunities and ways to get involved with Intramuralsss, theSMCCRecc Center, the Ropes Course, Club Sports, and more.
An Introduction to Fraternity & Sorority Life SMCCReighardd Multipurpose Room 2:20 p.m. Membership in a Greek-letter organization can provide a support system and access to programs that promote academic success and personal growth, while also gaining valuable leadership skills and opportunities to network with alumni.  This roundtable session will provide a way to learn about the fraternities and sororities at Millersville by getting the opportunity to ask questions and have discussions with the Assistant Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life.
Managing Money in College and Beyond SMCC, Room118EE 2:20 p.m and 3:00 p.m. Find ways to manage your money by learning how to create a budget & spending plan.  Learn how to avoid pitfalls that can cost you money and the best way to establish and build credit for the future.
Finding Center: Faith and Spirituality at MU SMCC, The Galley 2:20 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. What inspires you? What motivates you? What lies underneath your outward appearance and influences the way you think, the choices you make, the people you connect with, and how you see yourself in the world? This session will explore how Mind, Body, Heart, and Soul connect to make us who we are and will look at what it means to be healthy and balanced in all four areas as a student at MU. 
Explore Our Local Community SMCCReigharddd Multipurpose Room 3:00 p.m A MU alumnus from Explore Lancaster will introduce local fun activities, sightseeing, and cultural opportunities to experience while studying at Millersville.

    Tie Dye - Unleash your colorful spirit with our vibrant tie-dye creations! Elevate your style with a vibrant one-of-a-kind t-shirt, while unleashing your inner artist.
    Ice Cream Truck - Indulge in a frozen delight with Good Humor Ice Cream! 
    CampusRecc Outdoor Activities - The Quad (outside the Villages residence halls) Joins us for pick-up games including volleyball and backyard games. Other sport equipment will be available for use.
Dinner (4:00-6:30 p.m.) Gordinierrr Dining Hall, Upper Deck Dinner is available for students with a University meal plan.
Live Performance - Wayne Hoffman, Mentalist & Illusionist (7:30-8:30 p.m.) SMCC, 'Ville Courts Wayne Hoffman is one of the top mentalists touring the world with his captivating show "Mind Candy". He has appeared on hit shows like America's Got Talent and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. With a global following and numerous media appearances, Wayne continues to mesmerize audiences with his incredible presentations.  Come experience Wayne Hoffman's Mind Candy and become part of the show.
Evening Engagement with The Board Game Club (9-11 p.m.) SMCC, Rooms 202, 203, and 204 Build-a-Character. Always wanted to try Dungeons & Dragons? Or are you an experienced player? Join us in making characters to use for "one-shots" (short D&D games) run by the Board Game Club Officers!
Friendly Feud (9:00 p.m.) SMCC, The Galley Unleash the ultimate showdown with Friendly Feud! This will be like the hit TV game show.  Gather your clan and let the battle of quick thinking and clever answers begin.  With hilarious moments, and the chance to prove your and your friends' superior survey skills.  It's time to rally the troops, lock in your answers, and experiencetheexcitmenttt of Friendly Feud. Cosponsporeddd by the University Activities Board.
Movie on the Quad (9 p.m. - 12 a.m.) The Quad (outside the Village residence halls). Rain location: 'Ville Courts TheUABB (University Activities Board) will host a double feature move night on the QUAD featuring High School Musical 1 and High School Musical 2.  There will be cotton candy, popcorn, and a food truck!

Walk Your Schedule (1-3:30 p.m.) SMC Patio Grab your class schedule and meet up with Orientation Leaders for a personal tour of campus to help you acclimate to the locations of your classes and other campus resources.
Bridge the Gap Reception (1:30-3 p.m.) SMC, Reighard Multipurpose Room (114) Bridge the Gap is a social networking opportunity for students of color at the start of their MU Career to meet current student leaders, staff professionals, and faculty of color.  This invitation-only event is sponsored by the Division of Student Affairs, the President's Commission on Diversity & Inclusion, and the Dr. Rita Smith Wade-El Intercultural Center for Student Engagement.
MU Ropes and Rec (2:00-4:00 p.m.) Pucillo Fields, ROPES Course  Yes, Millersville University has a High and Low Ropes Course on Campus! Yes, you can try it for FREE! Come join us and try the climbing wall, cargo net, and zip line just to name a few.
Shops at Belmont Shuttle (2:00-5:00 p.m.) Pick up in front of SMC Need any last minute supplies before classes begin? Enjoy a free shuttle trip to the Belmont Shops to shop/enjoy Target, Ulta, Dick's, Jersey Mike's, and more. Seats are limited; entry is first come, first served.
Color Café with Character Coffee (4:00-7:00 p.m.) SMC Atrium Awaken your senses at Color Café with Character Coffee, where art meets flavor! Immerse yourself in a vibrant world of coloring with coffee.  Step into a caffeinated wonderland and experience a cup of coffee like never before.  Free Iced Coffee for the first 200 people.
Residential Floor Meetings (7:00-8:00 p.m.) Your residence hall Residential students will return to their hall to participate in a mandatory community meeting.
One Worship: Worship and Prayer Services for the MU Community (8:00-9:00 p.m.) SMC, Reighard Multipurpose Room 114 One Worship is designed to help you prepare your heart & mind for the upcoming school year.  It's an opportunity to seek God's guidance, find encouragement, and worship with your peeres.  Come and experience music, an engaging message, and a supportive atmosphere where you can connect with others.  Let's come together to lift our voices in praise and dedicate our upcoming school year to Jesus' plans and purposes! Whether you're a Christian or not, this evening worship service is open to everyone. We invite you to embark on this academic journey with God at the center. ONE Worship is hosted by The Navigators, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Young Life.
Relax with Two Deep Breaths: A Gentle Yoga Getaway (8:30-9:30 p.m.)  SMC, Room 024 Escape the chaos, and find tranquility at Two Deep Breaths, a serene yoga getaway designed to rejuvenate your body and mind.  Immerse yourself in a soothing yoga session with a live performance, allowing your stresses to melt away with every gentle stretch.  Indulge in moments of inner peace and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and ready to take on the world.
Evening Engagement with the Board Game Club (8:30-10:30 p.m.) SMC, Rooms 202, 203, and 204 Join the Board Game Club for Two Rooms and a Boom, a fast-paced social deduction game. Find your teammates, establish trust, and exchange players before time runs out and the bomb explodes!
