Student Conduct & Community Standards

Welcome to the Office of Student Conduct & Community Standards. Our Office is in place to educate students about the expectations of the Millersville University community and to assist students in their development.  Millersville University wants to ensure that all of our students have an exceptional, productive and challenging educational experience in a civil and safe environment.  Our office is responsible for administering all areas of the Student Conduct & Community Standards Handbook.

The office of Student Conduct & Community Standards fosters student learning and success by balancing individual and community rights, while promoting a safe, student centered, and inclusive community.

In order to promote social distancing to limit the spread of COVID-19, the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards (SCCS) is currently operating remotely. Our commitment to serving our students and the greater university community continues.

All administrative hearings and mentor sessions will be done via Zoom meeting.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call us.  Our main phone number is (717) 871-5841.
