The Art of Management

The Art of Management is a noncredit professional development course offered through Millersville University. Designed for working professionals, this online course introduces essential management principles in a clear, practical, and accessible format. It is ideal for individuals currently in management roles as well as those seeking to advance into leadership positions. By the end of the course, participants gain a stronger understanding of management fundamentals along with the confidence, interpersonal skills, and self-awareness needed for effective leadership.

There are six sections focusing on:

  5. Management ToolBox

Each of the above sections consists of video instructional modules, accessible on demand through the university’s learning management system, for a total of six hours of content delivered asynchronously.
