Program Features

  • ACBSP Accredited

The Program of Business Administration is internationally accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) to offer the degree of Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration, and offers five concentrations:  Accounting, Finance, International Business, Management, and Marketing.

  • Facilities/ Wireless Network Capabilities Campus-wide

Classrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art multimedia technology and wireless accessibility.

  • Course Instruction by professors rather than Graduate Students

All business courses are taught by faculty and not by teaching assistants.

Business Administration faculty are active in community services, consulting, and many serve on the board of professional organizations and are engaged in many other professional activities which enriches the classroom experience of our students.

Our Business Administration graduates are competitive and many succeed to land their first post-graduation job in their chosen field in an increasingly complex job market.  Recent examples include Cisco Systems, Dell, Inc., Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, Lancaster General Health, Morgan Stanley, High Industries, Inc., The Franklin Institute, Wells Fargo Mutual Funds, among others.  Recent examples of graduate schools include Dickinson School of Law, Drexel University, Temple University, Pennsylvania State University, among others.

  • Internship Opportunities

Students can earn academic credits as well as a salary while gaining valuable work experience and develop their skills.  Recent examples of organizations our students work as interns are: American Express, Harley Davidson, Inc., Fulton Bank, Lancaster General Health, American Heart Association, Franklin Institute Museum, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Hajoca Corporation, and Citizens Bank among others. Offered during the Fall, Spring and Summer sessions, internships are highly encouraged.
