General Information

Human Resources' goal is to provide guidance and assistance to employees and managers in administering Millersville University’s policies and procedures. Through doing so, we remain dedicated to creating and sustaining a positive work environment by helping to resolve work-related problems and through providing special programs to recognize and reward employee contributions to Millersville University.

In promoting a cohesive, effective, high performance workplace, we offer programs including but not limited to those that recognize longer service, outstanding customer service and administrative excellence; enriching employee wellness programs that enable our employees and their families to be part of the social fabric of the University community; job relations/performance counseling; policy interpretations; transfer procedures; as well as advice and assistance to employees seeking to resolve work-related problems. In addition, Employee Relations partners with Professional Development and Training to present various training curriculum including basic supervisory skills and customer service training, and with the Office of Social Equity to present Sexual Harassment training.
