LEADERSHIP MU - A Leadership Development Program for Supervisors and Managers
Core 1:  Discover your personal supervisory style.
Core 2:  Learn and practice supervisory skills, i.e.: planning & delegating, handling conflict, and communication skills.
Core 3:  Explore the role of supervision at MU, i.e. appraisals, SEAP, safety, harassment prevention and skills for working in a union environment.
