Vendor information & Registration 

This year, we're excited to continue our Maker's Market as part of our homecoming festivities. Join us from 10am-2pm on Saturday, October 17, 2026 where over 5,000+ visitors to return before our annual homecoming game. Registration is for an 8'x8' indoor space or a 10'x10' outdoor space (new).

Also new this year, Food Trucks are moving to right outside the building of the Maker's Market.

Don't forget:

  • There is a Chick-Fil-A conveniently located in the same building as the Maker's Market
  • You have the option to stand out by advertising in our Homecoming Handout (sold out last year)
  • Outdoor spaces (10'x10') are $20 while indoor spaces (8'x8') are $20 for students, $35 for alumni, and $50 for friends
  • Restrooms are accessible indoors

    Yes, spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis determined by the registration type (student/alum/friend) and date of the registration fee.

  • What is the inclement weather policy?

    Inclement Weather Policy

    The Homecoming Maker's Market is held indoors and outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, the outdoor portion of the event will be moved indoors to the 'Ville Courts inside the Student Memorial Center.

    Participants will be notified by email no later than 12:00 p.m. the day before, and updates will be shared on our social media channels.

    Inclement weather is defined as:

    • Sustained winds of 20 mph or greater, or

    • Forecasted precipitation of 0.5 inches or more, as determined by the Millersville University Weather Center’s 7-Day Forecast

  • When will I be notified of my space location?
    Vendors will be notified of their assignment location by October 9, 2026.

  • Is there a registration deadline?
    No, but space is limited.  We recommend getting your registration in as soon as possible as we expect this event to sell-out.

  • Are trash facilities provided?
    No. We kindly ask that vendors clean their space at the end of the event.

  • Is there parking at the event site?
    Yes. Parking is available around the building.

  • Can I unload at the door?
    Yes. Vendors are welcome to unload at the door, then re-park their vehicle in the lot.

  • Is there anything I should avoid bringing as a vendor?
    Yes.  Please refrain from having loud music, recordings, alcohol, or open flames as part of your site.

  • Could my registration be denied?
    Yes.  The Homecoming Committee retains the discretion to decline space to any applicant, which may include cases where the intended use of space does not align with the vision of the Maker's Market. In the event a registration is denied, the registrant will receive a full refund.

  • I registered but can no longer make the event. Can I get a refund on my registration?
    No. Registrations are non-refundable.

  • Can I share my space with another vendor?
    Yes. If you and another vendor want to share a space and split costs, that is fine so long as the person you are sharing a table with abides by the directions outlined on this page.
