If you need an updated concussion baseline you will get an email from ImPACT. Athletic trainers will automatically be notified when you complete this.
Returning Student-Athlete Medical Clearance Instructions
Returner Student-Athlete Medical Clearance Requirements
Student-athletes who competed for Millersville University during the 2022-2023 academic year must complete the following in order to be medically cleared for the 2023-2024 seasons:
- An updated Sportsware account
- An updated medical history
- A current tetanus (TDAP) vaccination
- A pre-participation exam (PPE) with an athletic trainer*
- A valid concussion baseline test**
- A mental health screen***
*If not already completed the PPE will be completed on-campus
**Valid concussion baseline is a test within the past two-years. If this needs to be completed it will be done at your PPE
***Mental health screens will be completed when you move back to campus for the semester
Updating Your Sportsware
Once these steps have been completed and all required information has been supplied your Sportsware account is complete.
Scheduling Your PPE
Your primary contact athletic trainer will be in contact with dates for returner PPEs if you did not complete one before you left after the 2023 Spring Semester
Mental Health Screen
Your mental health screen will be completed after you move back to campus for the fall semester.
