Dr. Lesley Huff is a licensed psychologist and certified teacher in Mindful Self-Compassion, who joined the MU faculty in the Fall of 2023. After a career in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, she completed her master's and Psy.D. from Chestnut Hill College in 2012. Her special areas of interest include, but are not limited to, mindfulness, self-compassion, navigating life transitions, interpersonal relationships, identifying strengths/values, and emotional awareness.
