Lyndsey attended Penn State University and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS) with minors in Psychology and Rehabilitation in Human Services in May 2025. She is currently working towards her M.Ed in School Counseling at Millersville. She strives to create an inclusive space by using different theoretical approaches, mindfulness exercises, and real life experiences.
