General Information

Emergency Operations Plan & Preparedness An emergency is, by definition, an incident that may occur suddenly, without warning, at any time, or any place.  Millersville University of Pennsylvania has developed this Emergency Operations Plan (EOP).  Designed to provide basic administrative structure and procedures necessary to cope with emergency situations along with creating a state of awareness and preparedness.

Fire Safety  The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) office provides the Millersville University Community with a variety of fire safety and fire protection services including fire drills, fire inspections and audits, and training.

Workplace Safety  Information on various Millersville University workplace safety programs such as radiation safety, hazardous waste, and infectious waste programs can be found here. Safety training is available on a variety of topics.

Forms/Documents/Committees/Policies/Procedures  EHS policies and programs can be found here as well as information on several university committees such as the Threat Assessment Team (TAT) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) committee.  Various EHS forms and documents can also be found here, as well as lists of such information as the locations of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) in campus buildings, campus building street addresses, and meeting place safe occupancy levels.  Workers Compensation information is also included.
