Supplier Bid Information

The University encourages responses from small and disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned firms.

Pursuant to Act 57 and its amendments, all purchases of goods and services in excess of $23,800 (effective 1/1/2025) must be publicly advertised and bid.  DGS CoStar and other state contracts may be utilized for goods and services. 

Solicitations are available for public viewing on SAP Business/Discovery, PASSHE SourcePoint Portal.  To submit a proposal for a current solitation, interested suppliers MUST first be register at SAP Business/PASSHE vendor.  Registration is free for basic registration.  Once a supplier is registered, bidders may obtain all solicitation documents, receive notification of solicitation updates, and submit and update confidential proposals online through the SourcePoint/SAP Business (Ariba) bid platform.
