The PASSHE Faculty Professional Development Council (FPDC) grant program has been funded for the 2020-21 ACADEMIC YEAR

MU CAMPUS DEADLINE: DECEMBER 18, 2020

The FPDC grant program supports a variety of faculty activities including research, student-faculty research, and other professional development activities. As in the past, applications will be due mid-December with awards made in March or early April. Previously, the ceiling for the awards has varied between about $10,000 and $14,000. Universities are usually allowed to submit 10 or more proposals, though we do not know what limits the council will decide on this year.

The FPDC program is an excellent opportunity for faculty in need of limited for funding that will directly contribute to professional development and student engagement.

The applications for this competition are short - around 5 pages with a one page budget and and justification.
