Abstract: Specifically, Noam states an aim to "apply the major dimensions of a business curriculum - from finance to production to marketing to accounting, and more - to the entire media and information sector. In the process, communications students benefit from a business-oriented summary, while more generally oriented business students are introduced to the media and information sector" (p. 5). There could have been more discussion about differences, commonalities, and neutrality of the business curriculum in relation to media management versus digital management, but Noam has designed a book to offer the understanding and the effective application of basic business principles for college-level students and practitioners.
