Some alumni remember when Millersville’s old library was the place to study for finals before heading home for the holidays. For more than half a century, this beautiful building was lit by candlelight until it was finally electrified in the 1950s. Today, the timeless detail of Biemesderfer Executive Center is honored in Millersville University’s 2025 holiday ornament.

 

How to Receive Yours
With a gift of $25 or more to the Alumni Office now through December 31st, 2025, you’ll receive this exclusive ornament as a token of our appreciation for supporting alumni programs and student engagement at the ’Ville (while supplies last).

  • Ornaments measure 3.3" wide by 2.4" tall

  • Crafted in brass with festive detail

  • Presented in a black gift box with gold embossing of the building

Ways to Give & Pick Up Your Ornament (starting October 4, 2025):

  • Online at millersville.edu/ornament

  • By calling the Alumni Office at 717-871-7551

  • In person at:
    – Alumni Office (Duncan Alumni House, 207 N. George St., M-F, 8am-4:30pm)
    – Homecoming Maker’s Market (Oct. 4, 2025, 10 a.m.–2 p.m., SMC)
    – Glorious Holidays Maker’s Market (Dec. 6, 2025, 3 p.m.–7 p.m., Stayer Hall)

Shipping: $4.95 per ornament. Each gift transaction of $25 or more includes one ornament.

Supplies are limited to a run of 1,000 ornaments—make your gift early to ensure you receive this year’s collectible.

  • Can I receive more than one ornament?

    Each gift of $25 or more includes one ornament as a thank-you. If you’d like multiple ornaments, please make separate $25+ gifts.

  • Is my gift tax-deductible?

    Yes. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. A receipt is automatically emailed when the gift is made.

  • Can ornaments be shipped?

    Yes. Ornaments can be shipped for $4.95 each within the U.S. You’ll have the option to select shipping when you make your gift online or by phone.

  • Where can I pick up my ornament in person?

    Ornaments will be available at the Alumni Office and at special events like the Homecoming Maker’s Market (Oct. 4) and the Glorious Holidays Maker’s Market (Dec. 6).
