“Alana is a dance fitness instructor with 19 years of dance experience, including performing with Expressions Dance on campus. She brings energy, passion, and positivity to every class, using her love for dance to make fitness fun and motivating for everyone. Alana’s goal is to create a welcoming space where people feel empowered, excited, and inspired to move. ”

“Arielle is an undergraduate from Lancaster, PA, studying sports administration with a minor in PR! She is a member of the MU Dance Team, where she is continuing her 18+ years of dance experience. She is excited to share her previous knowledge of yoga and overall wellness in her class!”

“As someone who played rugby for over 10 years, Josh enjoys lifting heavy weights while also doing power and speed workouts. Teaching others how to become athletic is one of his favorite aspects of being a fitness instructor. Josh also enjoys just getting to know others through the gym and working out!”
