Why did the University institute a Base Cost this year? | Colleges and University meal plans have always had a "Base Cost", whether the structure was based on a set number of meals per week, or per semester. Each of these plans included meals that were priced at a level that allowed for some percentage of recovery of both cost and food costs. The application of the upfront "Base Cost" is intended to provide transparency to the fact that every dollar paid for the Marauder Dining Plan consists of a variety of expenses, not just food. | N/A | N/A |
