New and Returning Students
If you are not a current student, you will need to complete a non-degree application to apply/re-apply. Application processing takes appx. one week after all transcripts have been received.

Instructions for Non-Degree Application for Summer Institute students
Program Type – choose “Non-degree or Integrated Studies”
Student Type – choose “First-time MU Student” or “Readmit”
Program Selection – choose “Credit Seeking – Graduate”
Application Term – choose “Summer 2026”
PA Residency (yes/no selection)
Personal Information (fill in your info)
Education
- ‘Add Institution’ and enter the name of the institution where you completed your bachelor’s degree or master's degree, fill in the dates and other fields.
- 'Add Institution' and add your High School (the last high school you attended).
- Include/Add Millersville as one of your institutions if you previously enrolled.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: For graduate level non-degree students, additional Education Entries are optional. Please note that you will be required to request official transcripts from every college and university that you list. Your application for admission will not be processed until after all transcripts are received.
