Dual Enrollment Student Orientation

Winter Orientation 2022

Millersville University offers a two part orientation for Dual Enrollment Admitted Students. Online sessions will feature information regarding various resources the campus has to offer. In-person session provide you an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the campus prior to the start of classes.

Online Orientation

You and your family are invited to attend a brief presentation to familiarize yourself with some of the programs and services available to you at Millersville University and to consider the difference in expectations between high school and college classes.

Two sessions are being offered:

  • Tuesday, January 11, 2022 (6:30 - 7:30 p.m.)
  • Thursday, January 13, 2022 (6:30 - 7:30 p.m.)

You are invited to attend either program; attendance is not mandatory. You may sign up for a session here.

In-Person Orientation

New Student Programs will conduct in-person sessions to run concurrent to the residence halls reopening for the spring semester on Sunday, January 16, 2022. Members of the orientation team will be on hand in the Lombardo Welcome Center starting at 10 AM that day to answer your questions and provide directions.

Marauder OneCard ID Processing  Boyer Hall: 10 AM to 2 PM

If you have not yet submitted a photo and/or picked up your Marauder OneCard, please be sure to do so between these hours. Your ID card is used to access many programs, facilities, and services on campus.

 Succeeding at College: A Student Leader Perspective  Lombardo Welcome Center: 10:30 AM

What does it take to become a successful college student? We’ve asked a few of our student leaders to share their stories of struggles and successes. Through their stories, you will come to recognize your own capabilities to persevere and succeed at Millersville University.

Walk your Schedule Lombardo Welcome Center: 2 PM to 5 PM

Stop by the Student Memorial Center (SMC) Robert L. Slabinsky Atrium with your class schedule, and a member of the orientation team will accompany you on a tour of your classroom locations so that you can plan your travels for the coming week. Be sure to set aside at least 45 minutes for this activity.
