Women in Mathematics, Science And Technology Conference
Welcome to the 33rd Annual Glenna Hazeltine Women in Mathematics, Science and Technology Conference! The 2020 conference sponsored by Phoenix Contact, Inc. and the Glenna Hazeltine Endowment will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. The keynote speaker for the program is Dr. Claire A. Jantz. The University Community and the public are invited to attend the keynote presentation which begins at 9:00 a.m. in the Student Memorial Center Reighard Multipurpose Room. Admission to the keynote presentation is free.
Admission to the remaining conference sessions and activities is limited to invited women from area junior and senior high schools. The conference provides a forum for the exchange of information on careers in mathematics and the sciences. The role model presentations will feature women professionals from the science, mathematics and technology fields who will share their educational background, professional duties, and the professional benefits they enjoy.
