About Dr. DiRusso

Dr. David DiRusso, Assistant Professor of Marketing, joined Millersville University in 2008. He earned his BSBA in Marketing from sister institution Shippensburg University in 2004. In 2005 he earned his MBA in Marketing from Temple University and in 2010 he completed his PhD in Marketing, also from Temple University. He has consulted for a number of institutions since 2005 and has offered insights into market penetration strategies, retail store design, and general marketing strategy as well as various forms of internet marketing and advertising including social media marketing. In addition, he has produced and directed a number of in depth market research reports for profit seeking and non-profit seeking firms.  He currently continues his work as a consultant and researcher for non-profit organizations and small ventures. He was also the co-creator of the Certified Professional Pricing Accreditation Exam for the Professional Pricing Society. Dr. DiRusso teaches a variety of marketing courses at Millersville, but his primary teaching interests include principles of marketing, marketing research, and internet marketing.   He grew up in Collegeville PA, and currently resides in Phoenixville, PA with his wife Nicole.
