Join Dean Lara Willox for a thought-provoking conversation with Dr. Zac Bauermaster ’09, an award-winning school leader recognized for his innovative approach to education and student engagement. Drawing from his experience as a principal, Zac will discuss the evolving challenges and opportunities in K–12 education—from teacher recruitment and retention to fostering inclusive school cultures.
Dean Willox and Dr. Bauermaster will be joined by Dr. Miriam Witmer ’83/’92M from Millersville’s Educational Foundations department as co-host for this dynamic conversation exploring how strong leadership, collaboration, and adaptability are essential in navigating today’s complex educational landscape.
