The purpose of the MU Atlantic World Center is to facilitate and conduct world-class research on Atlantic World topics; to create exceptional opportunities for students engaged in multidisciplinary, faculty-directed research; to serve as an organizational, fundraising, and administrative base for the academic and research program centered on the MDST Atlantic World Studies major; to raise the public and academic profile of Millersville University, and to facilitate cooperative research and educational partnerships with international institutions.
