The Office of Student Organizations & Leadership recently created a new student employee position called Leadership Consultants, also known as LCs. Jackie Aliotta, Assistant Director of Student Organizations and Leadership, serves as their supervisor.
The primary purpose of this student employee position is to provide more individualized support to our SGA-recognized student clubs and organizations. Our LC’s have been assigned to different student organization categories so that they work with the same clubs and organizations throughout the year and better understand their needs. Are you a student looking to explore engagement opportunities during your time at Millersville? Complete the Student Involvement Interest Inventory and our department will help connect you with a variety of opportunities. While in the Student Involvement Interest Inventory, you’re also invited to set up a (virtual) meeting with a Leadership Consultant to make your exploration more personalized.
In addition, the Leadership Consultants develop leadership education programming, and provide support to the Department of Campus Life. Our LCs look forward to contributing to a strong community of student engagement here at the Ville!
