CCE Events

What Do We Do?

CCE hosts and assists with many events on campus every semester. Our events center around civic engagement, voter registration, political education, and encouraging students to become active in their communities and local political spheres. 

See below for what we have lined up! Unless otherwise noted, events are free to attend.

  • Saturday, 9/26 - 9am - 10:30am - Ville Courts in SMC - catch us at MU Fall Open House!
  • Tuesday, 9/29 - 11:30am - 1:30pm - McNairy Lobby - Voter Registration Tabling! Come out and check your voter registration status, register to vote, or make a voting plan.
  • Tuesday, 10/7, 5-7pm - McComsey 236 - Bevs and Ballots event! Join us for snacks and dirty sodas while we write to legislators and learn about mail-in voting policy.
  • Wednesday, 10/7 - 11:30am - 1:30pm - McNairy Lobby - Voter Registration Tabling! Come out and check your voter registration status, register to vote, or make a voting plan.
  • Thursday, 10/15 - 7pm - 8:30pm - Winter Center - The Kenderdine Lecture featuring Christina Wolbrecht. See Jane Run: How Women Politicians Matter for Young People.
  • Saturday, 10/31 - 9am - 10:30am - Ville Courts in SMC - catch us at MU Fall Open House!
  • Monday, 11/2 - 5pm - 7pm - McComsey 236 - CEC Office Open House! Come check out our new space and mingle with students and faculty.
  • Monday, 11/2 - 7pm - 8:30pm - McComsey 236 - Election Eve Rally & Pizza Policy Pizza! More details to come.
