Allergy Injection Information
Millersville University students undergoing allergen immunotherapy can receive their allergy injections locally at Lancaster Family Allergy.
Requirements
Lancaster Family Allergy will need the following information before the first visit:
- Orders and injection schedule
- Ordering provider’s information
- Health insurance information
They also require that the following information be on the vials and injection schedules to ensure patient safety:
- Patient’s name
- Name of extract
- Concentration
- MRN or DOB
- Expiration date
- Doctor or practice name
Reminders:
- When calling to schedule your appointment, please let the office know that you are a Millersville University student.
- Your initial appointment will be a consultation visit to review your allergy orders, serum, and most recent allergist progress note. No injections will be given during this visit. Once the review is complete, your first allergy injection appointment will be scheduled.
