Measles (Rubeola) Information

 

In light of the recent increase in measles cases reported by the CDC, Health Services is encouraging all students to provide their immunization records.

Please follow the steps below to enter your vaccine information and upload your documentation.

The PA Department of Health has prepared a fact sheet that includes signs and symptoms, causes and transmission, test and diagnosis, treatment and prevention. We encourage you to read this document. 

Faculty and staff who have additional questions should contact their primary care physician.

Students who have additional questions may call and schedule an appointment at Health Services. An appointment can be scheduled by calling 717-871-5250.

Submit Your Vaccine Records

You can upload your immunization documents in the Student Portal. Use the instructions below to complete your submission. 

  1. Log into the student portal at: https://staywell.millersville.edu
  2. Select “IMMUNIZATIONS & Forms” on left pane or "View My Required Immunizations and Forms" on the main page. 
  3. Click “Update” to enter your vaccines dates and upload your vaccine records.
  4. Click “Save Records”
