  • If you already have an F-1 visa, you will need to complete the SEVIS Transfer-In form once your final term at your current institution has concluded. 
  • Your transferrable credits to Millersville University will only be articulated once we have your final and official transcripts from your current institution. We suggest you order them sent to Millersville as soon as possible following your final term. They need to be sent to internationaldmissions@millersville.edu. 
  • Remember, International Student Orientation is mandatory. We understand you may already be familiar with student life at an American campus, but you are not familiar with our campus or requirements. This will also be a great way for you to make friends.

• APPLICATION DEADLINES

  Millersville University has a rolling deadline. However, we do recommend students to apply at least two months prior to the beginning of the start of a semester to ensure enough time for immigration processing at U.S. embassies and consulates overseas. With this in mind, we suggest the following advisory deadlines:

  • Fall - June 1st

• SEMESTER START DATES

  Most international students traditionally begin their program of study in the fall and spring semester each year. These are:

  • Fall - late August
  • Spring - mid-January

• CONDITIONAL ADMISSION

  Applicants who do not meet the minimum English language requirement may be conditionally admitted to Millersville University through the English Language Institute. Applicants will receive support to develop their language skills to ensure a successful academic transition into a degree program at MU.
